NAVAL AIR STATION JACKSONVILLE – (March 14, 2018) Lt. Chad Scott of Northbridge, Mass., a healthcare administrator assigned to the Patient Administration Department of Naval Hospital Jacksonville, speaks with educators from south Texas during Navy Recruiting District San Antonio’s annual Educators Orientation Visit (EOV). The EOV is a Navy Recruiting Command program with a main focus of showing educators the various facets of the Navy and the many career paths available to students. Scott received his commissioned through the Navy’s Health Services Collegiate Program (HSCP). HSCP is a scholarship program designed to provide financial incentives for students in designated health care professions to complete degree/certification requirements and obtain a commission in the Navy’s Medical Corps, Dental Corps, or Medical Service Corps.
