Jeff Fox, president of the College of Southern Idaho, located in Twin Falls, is recognized by Brig. Gen. Michael Garshak, commander, Idaho National Guard, on Feb. 24 at the Adjutant General’s Leadership Day awards banquet. Fox will serve as the honorary battalion commander to the 116th Brigade Engineer Battalion, which is headquarter in Twin Falls with units in Boise, Burley, Gooding, Grangeville, Jerome, Moscow, Mountain Home and Orofino.
