Candidates for Third Army Non-Commissioned Officer and Soldier of the Year 2011 were administered an Army physical fitness test during the competition at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The five-day competition tested soldiers on their ability perform at an oral board, written examination, land navigation, warrior tasks, and an Army APFT.
