Black Hawk 602, with Chief Warrant Officer 5 Stephan A. Bourassa in command, passes under a water stream provided by a Phoenix Fire Department pumper in honor of his final flight June 24, at Papago Park Military Reservation, Phoenix. The wet down is a symbol of respect and transition, as Bourassa retires from 41 years of military service. He is the last Vietnam era Army aviator in the Arizona Army National Guard.
