The Coast Guard, Secretaria de Marina and partner agencies completed an oil spill response seminar in New Orleans, March 14, 2018. The exercise was conducted to promote a coordinated system of response between Mexico and the United States in the event of a marine pollution event that crosses the Mexico/U.S. border.
