BLACK SEA (March 12, 2018) Engineman 2nd Class Hunter Brown, from Newnan, Georgia, aligns the 2190 lube oil purifier aboard the Harpers Ferry-class dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), March 12, during exercise Spring Storm 2018. Spring Storm is a Romanian-led exercise in the Black Sea to enhance amphibious operations and staff interoperability between Romanian and U.S. naval forces.
