Specialist Jonathan Peterson, an explosive ordnance disposal team sergeant, 797th Ordnance Company (EOD), Fort Hood, Texas, explains how explosions are remotely detonated to the U.S. Ambassador to Kuwait, Lawrence R. Silverman, March 8, 2018 at Udari Range complex near Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The 797th OD CO (EOD), Fort Hood, Texas, conducted a range disposing of four armored vehicles using 80 155mm HE projectiles. The U.S. Embassy – Kuwait provided the four armored vehicles for disposal in accordance with Department of State regulations and provided training and testing for the 797th. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
