180309-N-XK413-0045 POLARIS POINT, Guam (March 9th, 2018) Equipment Operator 2nd Class Wesley Fox assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, Detachment Guam, directs the crane operator as part of a lift in support of a project to build a restroom and shower facility onboard Polaris Point Campground, Naval Base Guam. NMCB-11 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, and theater security cooperation in the 7th Fleet area of operations.
