Lance Cpl. Johnny Dao, a mortarman with Weapons Company, 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, aligns the gun line using an M2A2 aiming circle while practicing advanced tactical mortar employment during an infantry platoon battle course as part of a deployment for training exercise at Fort Pickett, Va., Feb. 26, 2018.
