Dow was part of the aircrew who completed the first direct delivery airlift mission through the Arctic Circle from Dover Air Force Base to Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, on June 5-6, 2011. He is from the 436th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Dover AFB.
