Ryan Oliver, a Denver, Colorado native and a wheeled vehicle mechanic with the 82nd Brigade Engineer Battalion, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, treads water in a lake during cold-water immersion training with the U.K. 1st Royal Welsh Battalion in Tapa, Estonia on March 7, 2018 as part of an rapid response readiness exercise in support of Atlantic Resolve.
