Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Scott Lacey, the playground project leader for New Horizons Task Force 2011, tightens a bolt during construction of a playground Sunday, June 19, 2011, in the district of Nieuw Amsterdam. This playground is the first in a series of four that will be constructed for the children of Suriname during the exercise. New Horizons is a cooperative humanitarian training exercise between the Suriname government and the United States Southern Command with the goal of helping to improve the quality of life for the people of Suriname.
