NEW YORK CITY – Senior Enlisted Career Recruiters (Gray Beards) with Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) sign the newly created Constitution of the Gray Beards Society at the National 8412 Gray Beards Symposium at the Millennium Hilton New York Downtown in New York City, Feb. 21. Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) conducts annual training to assure the continued professional development of the recruiting force.
