CHARLOTTE, NC - Jacqie McWilliams jokes with Col. Jeffrey Smitherman during the Food Lion Chancellor's and President's Dinner during the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Basketball Tournament in Charlotte, March 2.
