CHARLOTTE, NC - Sgt. Maj. Robin Fortner speaks with U.S. Army Col. Farrell Duncombe during the Food Lion Chancellor's and President's Dinner during the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Basketball Tournament in Charlotte, March 2. During the tournament, the CIAA took time to recognize the contributions and successes of 100 years of women in the Marine Corps with a presentation during the men's semifinals.
