CHARLOTTE, NC - Sgt Maj. Robin Fortner and Col. Melvin G. Carter mingle before the start of the Diversity and Inclusion Townhall Forum during the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Basketball Tournament in Charlotte, North Carolina, March 1.
