Matthew Dorsey, the incoming battalion sergeant major of 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment speaks to Marines and Sailors about his expectations during the unit's relief and appointment ceremony March 1, 2018. 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment served as the Battalion Landing Team for the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s 17-2 deployment.
