A casualty collection team comprised of Marines from Combat Logistics Battalion 11, the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit's logistics combat element, runs to a CH-46E Sea Knight helicopter to unload simulated casualties and bring them to the medical team of Navy corpsmen and medical officers to be treated here June 18. The casualty evacuation is part of the MEU's large-scale field exercise, challenging Marines and sailors with a spectrum of events from raids to non-combatant evacuation operations.
