The flag of the United States of America flies at half staff Feb. 15, 2018, on the flagpole in front of Garrison Headquarters at Fort McCoy, Wis. The half-staffing of the flag was ordered by President Donald Trump in honor of the shooting victims of "the senseless acts of violence at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla., on Feb. 14.
