U.S. Army Maj. Brian Fernandes, commander, Joint Force Headquarters Company, New Hampshire Army National Guard, begins a shore dive as a group of New Hampshire Fish and Wild Life officers and Salvadoran military members conduct dive search and rescue training at Newfound Lake, June 14. The training was facilitated by the NHNG, and led by the NH Fish and Game Department, as part of the guard’s partnership program with El Salvador, which focuses on developing military, government, and business.
