The amphibious transport dock ship USS Cleveland (LPD 7) follows an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter and a Timor-Leste patrol boat into Dili. Cleveland is the flagship for Pacific Partnership 2011, which will visit the islands of Tonga, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste and the Federated States of Micronesia.
