Guam prepare to load a search and rescue (SAR) dummy onto a litter aboard a Mark VI patrol boat during a joint-SAR exercise with U.S. Coast Guard Sector Guam, Feb. 23. CRS-4, assigned to Coastal Riverine Group 1, Det. Guam, is capable of conducting maritime security operations across the full spectrum of naval, joint and combined operations.
