Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 4, Det. Guam and Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25 Sailors load a search and rescue (SAR) dummy onto a litter aboard a Mark VI patrol boat during a joint SAR exercise with U.S. Coast Guard Sector Guam, Feb. 23, 2018.
