ATLANTIC OCEAN (Feb. 20, 2018) The guided-missile destroyer USS Arleigh Burke (DDG 51) breaks away from the dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Medgar Evers (T-AKE 13) after a replenishment-at-sea. Arleigh Burke is underway as part of the Harry S. Truman Strike Group (HSTSG) composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX), which evaluates the strike group's ability as a whole to carry out sustained combat operations from the sea- ultimately certifying the HSTSG for deployment.
