Hershel “Woody” Williams, a retired United States Marine Corps warrant officer and Medal of Honor recipient, seen in red, shoots a flamethrower with reenactors while bystanders watch and film Feb. 17, 2018 at the Wellington Banquet Center in Wichita Falls, Texas. Williams fought in World War II as a flamethrower operator and fought in the pacific theatre in battles such as the battles of Guam and Iwo Jima.
