Army Sgt. Betuel Moneje, assigned to the 42nd Civil Support Team, approaches the finish line of the 2-mile-run event of the Army Physical Fitness during the 60th Troop Command’s (60th TC) Best Warrior Competition in Raleigh, North Carolina, Feb. 10, 2018.
