Airmen from the 176th Wing, Alaska Air National Guard and Washington Army Guardsmen load a cargo trailer onto a C-17 Globemaster III February 20, 2018 at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash. Nearly 250 Air and Army Guardsmen from Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, South Dakota, Utah, and Washington are slated to participate in Exercise Arctic Eagle 2018 in Valdez, Alaska through the end of February.
