Japan Air Self-Defense Force Warrant Officer Tsuyoshi Endo, the former 6th Air Defense Missile Group chief and Senior Noncommissioned Officer Association president, looks down at his coffee cup during "tea time" discussions with U.S. Air Force Master Sgt.
