Coast Guard seeks public's help identifying owner of found kayak by Kaiaka Bay

The Coast Guard is seeking the public’s help identifying the owner of an unmanned and adrift orange and yellow kayak found on the east shoreline in Kaiaka Bay, Oahu, Monday.The Kayak has a line attached, no marine growth or gear aboard.
