Army Reservist Capt. Anna Gray of Ainsworth, Iowa, who is an Intensive Care Unit nurse of the 4224th of the United States Army Hospital, uses a CPR mask to pump air into the body of patient, Army Reservist Pfc. Andrew Cowden, of Ankeny, Iowa, who is a medic of the 4224th USAH, during Exercise Red Dragon 2011. This type of CPR needs two hands to control that are by one hand mouth is sealed with the mask and from the other hand bag is squeezed to deliver air to the patient’s mouth.
