    Army Reservist Capt. Anna Gray of Ainsworth, Iowa, who is an Intensive Care Unit nurse of the 4224th of the United States Army Hospital, uses a CPR mask to pump air into the body of patient while Army Reservist Spc. Robert Meuller, of Urbandale, Iowa, who is a medic assigned to the 4224th USAH performs chest compressions on patient during Exercise Red Dragon 2011. CPR masks are the masks, which are used at the time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation to provide oxygen and pump blood to the lungs and heart respectively.
