U.S. Army Africa and Zambian Defense Force chaplains attended a seminar in Lusaka, Zambia, Jan. 23-25, 2018. The event, hosted by Zambian Defense Force Chief of Chaplains Brig. Gen. Vincent Mwenya, was part of the ZDF chaplain corps multi-year developmental plan and a continuation of USARAF and Zambian chaplain collaboration.
