Members of the Indonesian and Chinese armed forces converse with during the academics portion of the humanitarian assistance and disaster response exercise in support of Cobra Gold 2018 in Chon Buri province, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 14-15, 2018. The five-day HADR exercise discusses the parameters and policies of civil-military coordination during a time of crisis.
