Members of Squadron 3, Iraqi air force look on as Coalition Air Force Transition Team (CAFTT) outgoing commander, Brig. Gen. Stephen Hoog, and incoming commander, Brig. Gen. Robert Allardice, arrive on a Cessna 208B Grand Caravan, March 28, at Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq. The Caravan is the first of many new aircrafts that the Iraqi air force will be receiving.
