CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti - Members of the Emergency Medical Facility and Texas Army National Guard combat medics prepare for their roles as victims during a mass casualty (MASCAL) drill held at Camp Lemonnier, Feb. 15. The MASCAL Responders will determine and use appropriate personal protective equipment and conduct triage followed by decontamination of ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients as members of the Emergency Response Team.
