    Dewey Conducts Damage Control Drill

180213-N-SF984-0019 PACIFIC OCEAN (Feb. 13, 2018) Sailors assigned to Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Dewey (DDG 105) respond to a simulated class bravo fire in the ship's main machinery room number one during a main space fire drill. Dewey is on a scheduled deployment to conduct operations in the Indo-Pacific region. It will also support the Wasp Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) in order to advance U.S. Pacific Fleet's Up-Gunned ESG concept and will train with forward-deployed amphibious ships across all mission areas.
