180210-N-FN963-0206 PACIFIC OCEAN (Feb. 10, 2018) Damage Controlman 3rd Class Nash Pasley, from Simpsonville, S.C., stands communications watch aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Sterett (DDG 104) during an underway replenishment with the dry cargo and ammunitions ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE 7). Sterett is on a scheduled deployment to conduct operations in the Indo-Pacific region. It will also support the Wasp Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) in order to advance U.S. Pacific Fleet’s Up-Gunned ESG concept and will train with forward-deployed amphibious ships across all mission areas.
