John King at the Clay National Guard Center Drill Hall, February 9, 2018. King has just taken command of U.S. Army North’s Task Force 51 which is Army North's contingency command post and conducts a Defense Support of Civil Authority (DSCA), homeland defense and theater security cooperation mission to promote the defense and security of the United States.
