Royal Thai Army Sgt. Panadpong Boonlorm waits for his turn to mix concrete for a school building in support of Exercise Cobra Gold 2018 at Nongphipadunkitwattaya School in Korat, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 7, 2018. Padandpong is a combat engineer with 3rd Engineering Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division, and is a native of Ubonratchathani, Thailand. Humanitarian civic assistance projects conducted during the exercise support the needs and humanitarian interests of the Thai people.
