(February 7, 2018) A Naval Air Station Whidbey Island (NASWI) emergency response team treats injured bystanders as part of a mass casualty drill during the annual anti-terrorism exercise Solid Curtain-Citadel Shield (SC-CS) in the NASWI Air Terminal.
