BOGOTA, Colombia (Feb. 9, 2018) – U.S. Navy Adm. Kurt W. Tidd, commander of U.S. Southern Command, and Colombian Chief of Defense Alberto José Mejía render honors upon arrival to a bilateral security meeting in Bogota.
