CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – Senior Airman Briant Rodriguez pays his respects at the Cornerstone of Peace during a Marine Corps Community Services battle sites tour Feb. 8 at the Peace Prayer Park in Itoman, Okinawa, Japan. Corporal’s Course 538-18 went through this tour to bring a greater understanding to the noncommissioned officer Marines, airmen and Japan Ground Self-Defense Force members about what happened here on Okinawa in World War II and how those operations effect their current mission here in the Indo-Asia Pacific region.
