Master Sgt. Stanley Qahhaar, 89B Senior Leader Course instructor with the 13th Battalion, 100th Regiment, holds a class session Jan. 16, 2018, at Fort McCoy, Wis. The 13th, 100th is an ordnance battalion that provides training and training support to Soldiers in the ordnance maintenance military occupational specialty (MOS) series.
