GULF OF TADJOURA, Djibouti (Jan. 17, 2018) Range safety officer, Chief Boatswain’s Mate Scott Tatum, assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 10, watches as tactical patrol crafts line up for an underway gun shoot in the Gulf of Tadjoura, Djibouti. CRS-10 is forward-deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations and conducts joint and naval operations, often in concert with allied and interagency partners, in order to advance U.S. national interests and security and stability in Europe and Africa.
