Local children hold a flag prior to it being hoisted over Utah Beach June 6. The children are participating with Paratroopers from the U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), U.K, Germany, and France in ceremonies honoring those who fought and died during Operation Overlord, the D-day landings 67 years ago.
