Members of the 104th Fighter Wing, Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, Massachusetts cut down trees behind the flight line during a routine domestic operations training on February 3, 2018. The Air National Guard can be activated by the governor to respond to state-wide emergencies caused by natural disasters, and the 104th Airmen are trained to respond to these domestic situations.
