SAPPORO, Japan (Feb 2, 2018) Electronics Technician 2nd Class Raven Harding, a native of Lawton Okla., assigned to Naval Air Facility Misawa, and Logistics Specialist 3rd Class Christopher Hamilos, a native of Baltimore, shave down a cleat made of snow for the 2018 Navy Snow Team Sculpture during the 69th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival.
