Staff Sgt. Todd Moss, the mess sergeant with the 147th Forward Support Company of Mitchell, stands at the World War II Memorial near the capitol building in Pierre prior to his six month re-enlistment June 3. Moss, the son of Gary and Ardean Moss, from Castlewood, will retire with more than 20 years of military service after the re-enlistment period. He opted to have his reenlistment ceremony in Pierre after being called to State Active Duty to help with this historic flooding event on the Missouri River.
