U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District employee Joe Hammond (red shirt) inspected a truck at the Los Alamos vegetation debris site in a suburb of San Juan, Puerto Rico on January 31, 2018 with a quality control contractor to ensure the truck met basic safe operation standards. The truck is one of hundreds hauling vegetation and other debris generated by hurricanes Maria and Irma in September 2017 to sites across the island managed by the Corps' Recovery Field Office-Puerto Rico.
