CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan- Candidates raise their right hand and repeat the Oath of Allegiance during a naturalization ceremony Jan. 31 aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Eleven candidates from seven different countries including Honduras, Mexico, Romania, Japan, Peru, Philippines and Panama stood in front of their families to obtain their U.S. citizenship.
